European Drugs Summer School, Lisbon, 29th June to 10th July 2020. The two-week summer school in Lisbon will cover issues related to the drugs problem in Europe and beyond. The summer school prepares professionals and students to meet the complex policy challenges that face Europe in the field of drugs. The event will involve Scientific Experts from the EMCDDA and guest lecturers from European Universities.

VRforDrugRehabilitation Short-Term Joint Staff Training Event. Lisbon, Portugal, 9th - 13th March 2020
This training event organised by IPS_Innovative Prison Systems for prison and probation experts actively working in each partner country (e.g., psychologists, social workers, sociologists or teachers, with at least 3 years’ experience working in the system), is an international event focused on knowledge and practice exchange (i.e., increase the training value of participants who will have the opportunity to see, in loco, other constraints, strengths and solutions that other countries professionals’ face and overcome). Specifically, the content addressed within this training event is focused on virtual reality technology on drug addiction treatments and on the technical elements of VR in therapy.

2020 6th International Conference on Virtual Reality (ICVR 2020), Singapore, 8th, 9th and 10th February 2020

This international conference will be focused on bringing together researchers, senior technical people, domain experts, and academics with an interest and/or expertise in VR. The aim is to explore new advances and developments in the field and authors are encouraged to contribute by submitting original works that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in related fields of virtual reality.

2nd Transnational Project Meeting, Barcelona, Spain 8th and 9th January 2020

This second project meeting was organised by Psious and was strategically planned to be held after all activities of Output 1 ceased, so the partners could discuss the final products yielded and reflect on how these will support the development of the upcoming activities.

VRforDrugRehabilitation dissemination conference. Izmir, Turkey 16th April 2019

During the second day of the kick-off meeting, all partner organisations presented and talked about the project at the Torbali Chamber of Commerce.
​This event brought together multiple stakeholders from different areas of interest including, a Prosecutor of Izmir, local police department representatives, two representatives from the Turkish National Agency, the Governor of Torbali and school managers.

This initial meeting, organised by the project’s promotor, District Governorate of Torbali, and Izmir DSM, allowed partners to get acquainted with each other and to make decisions regarding the project’s objectives, the intellectual outputs, methodological approach, activities and partner’s roles, administrative and financial procedures, among others. It was a key event to get the project partnership together that involved presentations, discussions and reflections to guarantee the project’s effective progression and successful quality management.
